Edit:
Full version is now downloaded and previous version has the 3 parts.
Because of forum limitations, this single file has been seperated into 3 files. First delete the ".zip" termination and then use 7zip to make the exe again.

This mod was released by Paul Skingley ages ago (now we just wait for the long track version to make it as compatible as the other released mods).

I've downloaded the files several times and tried opening them with WinAce but they won't open
anybody else have this problem ?

Just right click the file, open with 7.zip, and the executable decompresses from the archive just fine..........

I downloaded and installed,

I created the exe with GEM but if I try to go on a track I have a CTD.
it is the exe that has a problem not the carset because I also tested with the carset 67.

I have to make a mistake in the installation because on my old PC I had the same inconvenience.
Yet I do as for other mods
