Well the tracknaming is a little strange here... Shiro Kuma literally means 'White Bear' in Japanese - in other words, Polar Bear (like the older, existing track).
Spa Nishiura would be 'Spa West...' I guess
But looking at the original Japanese home page it says 'Su-Pa' (could also mean 'Super' therefore) Nishiura Motor Park.
Thanks for bringing these to our attention though (and どもうありがとう PolarBlue-san) , I noticed the videos on Youtube a while ago but no idea whether they were going to appear!
